Experience Clay Center Presbyterian Manor
Clay Center Presbyterian Manor is located on a full square block northeast of downtown Clay Center. Shopping, restaurants and medical offices are just a short drive from our campus. As Clay County’s only not-for-profit continuing care retirement community, Clay Center Presbyterian Manor offers the flexibility to meet our residents’ needs as they evolve.
Our continuum of care encompasses independent living and home health services, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, health care with skilled nursing, and respite care for all levels. Accommodations range from studio apartments and one-bedroom suites to two-bedroom townhomes with garages.
Our campus offers an array of resident amenities including a family room/lounge, beauty salon, library, senior-friendly computer center, nondenominational chapel, walking path, scheduled transportation, and easy access to downtown with a variety of shopping, dining, and community cultural venues available. Our independent living townhomes are pet friendly (with approval).
Our latest round of renovations included a new multipurpose room and chapel, hi-tech video conference education center, a wellness/therapy center and spa renovations on all three floors. The “Shaping the Future” campaign represented more than just a physical renovation. It signaled a culture change in the way Presbyterian Manor provides services, reflecting a more home-like environment for residents of all levels of living.
Since its founding in 1949, Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America, our parent company, has grown to become one of the nation’s top 20 largest non-profit senior living organizations serving more than 2,500 residents in 17 Kansas and Missouri communities.
