We are a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community dedicated to serving our residents with a culture inspired by our Christian values. We take these values to heart as we provide independent living, assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation (PATH®), adult day services and respite care—all in a caring, close-knit community.
When you are ready to consider moving to a senior living community, you should choose a community that is proven, trusted, guided by strong character, and backed by one of the most highly regarded senior living organizations in the industry.
When you move to Clay Center Presbyterian Manor, you’ll find an opportunity to redefine life on your terms with time and freedom to make new friends, pursue new interests and live the life you want to live. Residents have choices. Our team of staff members support our residents in maintaining a sense of independence, while monitoring for when further assistance may be needed.
Residents enjoy walking through our Oberg Memorial Garden, a beautifully landscaped garden with a fountain and enclosed lighted walkway for the residents’ enjoyment. Our campus offers an array of resident amenities including a family room/lounge, beauty salon, library, senior-friendly computer center, nondenominational chapel, walking path, scheduled transportation, and easy access to downtown with a variety of shopping, dining, and community cultural venues available. Our independent living cottages are pet friendly (with approval).
In addition to the resources available on campus, Clay Center’s downtown shopping district centered around their historic court house, all just a short walk away. We also provide scheduled transportation.
