Clay Center Presbyterian Manor receives award for its health care center

Clay Center Presbyterian Manor is proud to announce it’s the recipient of the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm. Qualifying for the award for health care means Clay Center Presbyterian Manor has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

“Receiving this award is a special honor for us because it’s based on the ratings provided by our residents and their families,” said Amy Hoch Altwegg, executive director. “It reflects their trust in our ability to carry out our mission of providing quality senior services guided by Christian values.”

Throughout 2023, manor residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews, answering open-ended questions and rating Clay Center Presbyterian Manor in multiple categories. Based on the answers, Pinnacle has determined that the community has qualified for the award for skilled nursing in the following service areas:
