Clay Center Presbyterian Manor is proud to announce it’s the recipient of the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm. Qualifying for the award for health care means Clay Center Presbyterian Manor has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

The holidays are full of family, fun and tradition, but for some caregivers and people living with dementia, this season can also be incredibly stressful.

Each month, Clay Center Presbyterian Manor seeks customer feedback through monthly telephone surveys conducted by Pinnacle Quality Insight.

Alicia Paul recently took over the role of Senior Living Sales Specialist for Clay Center Presbyterian Manor - where she’s tasked with helping guide aging adults through the process of finding a community that can accommodate their needs.
